- Why does drip line clog, and how do I stop it?
- Fine sediment — especially on bore water — blocks emitters. A filter at the zone valve, a pressure reducer, and a flush of the line ends once a season keeps pressure-compensating drip running for years.
- How far apart should drippers be in a Perth garden bed?
- In our sandy soils water moves down more than sideways, so 30 cm emitter spacing suits most beds; go tighter for seedlings and vegies, wider for established natives that prefer deep, infrequent watering.
