Privacy & Cookie Policy

Who we are
Perth Landscaping Hub (“we”, “us”) is a Perth, Western Australia retail business supplying irrigation parts and landscape supplies. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you contact us or register interest in a trade account, we collect what you give us: name, phone, email and the content of your enquiry. When the store and online ordering open, we’ll also process order and collection details. We don’t collect more than the interaction needs.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, set up and manage trade accounts, fulfil orders, and — only where you’d reasonably expect it — to let you know about the store opening or your enquiry’s progress. If your enquiry is an installation or repair job, we pass it to our sister service business, Perth Reticulation Experts, so they can contact you about the work — that’s the purpose you gave it to us for.
Enquiry handling & CRM
Enquiries are managed in our customer-relationship system, hosted by our marketing provider. Data is stored securely and used only for the purposes above; it is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, and may use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free). For visitors in regions that require prior consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland), analytics and marketing storage are off by default until accepted via the cookie banner; you can change your choice any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. For Australian visitors this policy serves as our collection notice.
Storage, security & overseas disclosure
We use reputable providers (website hosting, analytics, CRM) that may store data on servers outside Australia, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect personal information to APP standards.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as it’s needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. transaction records), then delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction & complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a privacy concern via our contact form. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
